You can not catch trout = (?
We were four days of fishing last week and have not yet reached bite. Tonight was the most ridiculous, however, any surface, we saw 30-40 fish / go as close as 10-30 meters from us, however, they took our bait. Here is ours: Zone: eddies / waves in a fast moving river means: 1 foot by a plug up a weight, which is 1 foot floating bait Bait: Bait steal power + garlic (also was a lure resembling a small fish) What are we doing wrong? Should I even use a plug to know if the current only recovers the river (the weight is not even touching the ground). Is the cap scare the fish so fast movement? ANY and ALL suggestions would be helpful. I only fish about 15 times in my life so there are lots of comments there, I'd be more than happy to learn. Thank you =)
What size cap do you use? The fish you see are based on the surface of food so that their attention is obviously on the surface of the water. You may be right, the cap could frighten them. Taking into account the type of water you describe, I leave cork completely. I would use split shot about 2 feet above the hook. Start with a split shot and add as needed to get your bait down. Rapid movement of water may have some. Your team will have a much smaller profile and do not scare the fish so much. If you are determined to use a plug Cork should use the smallest possible. A float on a thin colored wood stick seems much more natural water in a 1 "red / white or orange / float yellow plastic. Redpandas also a good suggestion. Try using the meal worms live in the same configuration as I described. They are dirty, easy to hook and the trout love them. You can buy cheaply in the fish section of any major pet stores and you can store leftovers in the fridge for the next time you leave.
