Bass Fishing – More than just a relaxing hobby?
Throughout the evolution of humanity, there are many things that are remained still facing thousands of years, stubbornly refusing to change and become something else. One of these things is fishing, an aspect so familiar and common which is often neglected these categorizations. What began as a means of providing food has become the century of the favorite pastimes of the world, attracting people of all ages and around the world.
Fishing is an ancient practice that dates back at least to the Mesolithic period which began ago 10,000 years. Articles archaeological mounds, fish bones and cave paintings show start as seafood are important for survival and consumed in quantities important. During this period, most people lived a life of hunter-gatherers and have been, by necessity, constantly in motion. However, where there are examples of the first permanent settlements (though not necessarily permanently occupied), which are almost always associated with fishing as an important source of food. With new farming technologies and pottery came basic forms of all the main fishing methods are still used today.
In addition, fishing has always been part of our evolutionary process, helping our ancestors to survive in difficult times and feed their families, thus playing a crucial role in what we are today. Curiously or not, the industrial eighteenth and nineteenth centuries was not released fishing place in our consciousness. So what is this practice that makes us enjoy and be attracted to him, even the twenty-first century, an era of absolute "laziness" where you can eat fish just by purchasing a grocery store?
The scientists believe they feel the need to interact with nature, feel free to her, and that our instincts urge us to try to connect with nature again. And what better than to go on a fishing trip? Another similar theory is to show that man is always looking to ensure it is in control of nature, and nature is not only a means, an ally in the struggle for human survival. It is clear that both theories are in bold and innovational but have meaning and explain many aspects of the question, followers around the world.
Skeptics, however, I think it is nothing but an exaggeration and fisheries, which today has nothing to do with its meaning in the past. They say it is practiced by the trigger that people have finally managed to find the most fun fishing. To some extent, this theory may seem more "earth", but raises Also some questions. Why does not correspond to modern means of relaxation? Why are we interested in keeping alive a practice thousands of years? It is perhaps our need to relax in a natural time to time?
As is the case with all the mysteries of humanity, the truth refuses to leave, be clear with us, and probably somewhere in between. What we know for sure is that love fishing and it has always played an important role in our future. Who cares why? Come to the concern of scientists, take your fishing rod and enjoy fishing.
