how do I get a sticky label off oven door?
I have just brought a new oven ,the front it is silver antique effect and there is a label right on the front , the more I try to peel it off only the ‘paper’ bit comes of in little strips and leaves a white sticky gluey bit, does anyone know how to get this label off without scratching the metal.
The best way to do this is to use baby oil and a tissue. Just rub the oil over the glue and rub with the tissue starting from the outside. I did the same with a new fridge freezer and it doesn’t stain. you need to use a bit of elbow grease but it will be worth it
