What is the weight of lead should I use in my model?

I fish in Puget Sound. I am an experienced fisherman, but I'll try something new. I'm on a kind of model for sardine lingcod and salmon in the background, but how a maximum weight should I use?

If you use a type of rubber swim baits are absolutely deadly in lingcod, rockfish, halibut and cabezon even occasionally. Set your weight to where the fish are now.
