Gourmet Chef Mircowave
Is it really possible to make a complete and nutritious food in the microwave? There has been much speculation about the use a microwave oven and all the implications for health, but it is a wonderful tool for the only person on the road or the family to start almost no time.
Someone sits of fish cooked in Thai coconut sauce with steamed vegetables and wild rice? Yes! Would you believe that you can do all this in the microwave? My first meeting with cooking in the microwave was in the Bronx NY to my aunt. She taught me that it was possible to make bacon in the microwave. Thought is disconcerting.
