Easy, low cost, low effort, MAINTENANCE, any plans for update?
I have really wanted to get in shape. And keep in shape. The thing is I have a lifestyle (work 7:00 to 20:30) which means to always fall on the car – 16 to 17.30. I need a system that: 1. Easy and requires little effort – I can not be late boiling brown rice or a salad for tomorrow noon. Finally I'll be tired of it entering into a Burger King for lunch. 2. The low cost! Magazine says eat grilled salmon with rocket leaves in olive oil with pine nuts. "You can not afford to eat salmon all days! And things like strawberries are high in price as well. Most berries are. That's why you have failed to Atkins. 3. MAINTENANCE. Something you can eat all days. At the moment I like Rice Krispies for breakfast, a ham sandwich and a small bowl of rice flakes for breakfast, then usually fish, chicken or pasta for dinner. Still I have the same dinner and breakfast, I am a creature of habit. Does anyone have any ideas for a diet plan for me? Please? x
I would check in www.sparkpeople.com, or at least www.sparkrecipes.com the site's revenues. I use it to track nutrition and exercise, it's free. But they have great recipes for quick and simple meals, and a good selection of recipes slow cooker. I recommend the slow cooker meals so that you can configure, will then return home for a hot healthy meal. Looks like you have a great routine, and it's really cool. But as a thought, do you have a steam rice? It can be used to cook steamed vegetables and rice while it is another thing, it is not expensive and can steam fish, even indoors! I steam my rice in abundance, then paste it into a freezer bag single serving. Is rapidly heated in the microwave, and good taste. Just a thought!
