Have you caught the salmon shark from a kayak?

How long do I have to troll for them, what size Salmon bait hooks I can use? etc, etc? I have only to prove it! Sorry for the typo, I meant the information would be great.
Even if I'm not fishing for salmon shark, took me fishing for halibut em. In recent weeks we travel charter landed three of them. The largest was nearly £ 200. We have taken several thresher shark and a range of 400 pounds .. salmon belly is one of my favorite baits to use for the big black halibut, Unfortunately, the sharks seem too smart. Usually catch these guys waving my bait near the bottom at depths of 75 feet to 350 feet. Just keep your bait near background as possible. Herring should be easy enough hands in the bait well.
