That reel fishing spinning to use (round or low profile) inshore Pier.?
Hello, I plan to buy bait-casting reel new, but I'm not sure what to buy round or low profile. I plan to use for freshwater fishing Pier Coast or maybe a fishing boat for salmon fishing as well. I want something I can put my rod in a rod holder attached to the bars and docks boarding. I saw two fishermen on the "Pier" our region and you use the round. If I get a flare may also be used for coastal fishing, too? I want my money by buying a single coil that you can do both. What reel recommends depending on your choice above so round low profile or if you have a budget of $ 200. I heard many good things for the low profile reels, but I'm not sure if you can manage large salmon. Thank you galit_sa_chat
In Firstly, the already low profile reel can handle as well as salmon. It is important only if you have a better quality baitcaster. Under the final will be bending under the blood pressure of fish. Abu Garcia Ambassador series are good all round reel at a very affordable price. Most of their reels in the 5000 and 6000 the series has bait clickers and the line is sufficient for most applications .. If you are looking for a reel low profile in the sub $ 200 range, so I take a look at the Shimano Curado 300. It Profile of larger capacity reel that has low performance qualities sufficient to almost anything you throw at it. It costs 249, but are sold for 199 in the most locations. I do not recommend that the Curado E (hardening of the new Green published). They are unproven and is rumored to not be as good as cure D (gray), other than that, is the Abu Garcia Revo inshore reel greater capacity upscale. It has good reviews. Good luck ….
