In Pokémon Gold Silver Heart Soul / how do you find Pokemon "on the surface of the water?
I have not played Pokemon for 11 years and my buddy and I jumped back into the bandwagon lol I know I can use a fishing rod to get a little water, water, but not acquired with a stick, but can be found "on the surface of the water." How do I get? Is it just off the beaches or the water's edge "S? I tried to do this in the town of Violet, but in vain. Is it because I was in a city? Thank you for your help!
Use the Surf HM move through the water surface.
