Ice in the guides? PMA? WD-40?
Hello again … while fly fishing in the cold, I realized that ice sometimes guides my rod as the previous two guides, one of the ends and the next. can do about it? I heard you can spray PAM on the pole but antyhing online? What happens to this pap, can smear in the guides?
There are several solutions this problem. I would not use WD-40. You never know what will make your line leader, or even the bar for this question. Whatever your use, you should be able to bring with you, because you can not just spray some Pam on it and hope to stay there all day. Vanish. I use this: http://www.cabelas.com/p-0011253316090a.shtml … if you do not buy hair. I arrived at my local fly shop. It's a bit of wax, but a little fat and I was in the guides and the mother and even on the line. It does not keep the ice in the guides. There is no way goes anyway. However, only I get 12 or 15 cylinders of ice before it otherwise would be 9 or 10. It also helps keep the ice droplets forming on the same line, which can be as boring as the ice that is more superior phone. Sometimes, when ice builds up as you can the other said here and soak in water and then give it a shake, but when is 15 degrees dip the tip of the rod in the water will only result in a large bowl of ice. I caught two Saturdays ago and was in the low teens. In the first fish that day crossing the net into the water to collect and how we've played with my right out of his lips froze the network as a bread basket. Stay so for the rest of the day. Should be alleviated a bit when I launched a new fish, but then freeze back even thicker. It was like fish fillet as in the basket of French cuisine McDonald's fry. At the end of the day was only a strong and heavy. I was afraid that I could crush and break the network. Of However, when it is so cold, nothing will remove the ice, except perhaps to go, and still could get a piece there. The fact is if you go fishing in that kind of time, you admit that Mother Nature has a mental illness, and may make any offer.
