Why my outboard 200hp Mercury bogged down when trying to drive on the trailer?
The boat is 20 '93 Champion bass boat always the trailer from the factory. The engine has adopted a new lower unit oil, good compression, and a good "hole shot" of power, however, when the weight of the boat is in the "drive" engine misfire trailer and refuses to push the boat and in a good position driving.
Back to the trailer on the other foot in the water and if it does it again, try two feet for more! I have a foot 21 foot Glastron boat with a 5.7L Mercrusier and turn my trailer where the wings are just beneath the water and I can get my boat to spend the entire car for the winch hook. Just one question Experimentation!
