Hungary has an interesting dishes and somewhat exotic, especially when compared with the range of some countries Central European neighbors. One of the main exotic elements of Hungarian cuisine is that dishes are often flavored with paprika – According to some, this species was introduced in Hungary by the Ottoman Turks when they invaded the country in 1526. Hungary ingredients often include eggs, sour cream and meat (there is a strong tradition of Farmers participating on the Hungarian plain.) Since Hungary has no sea coast, the sea does not consume fruits often, however, there are dishes that make use of freshwater fish like carp, catfish, perch and pike.
The most famous Hungarian cuisine is of course Gulyás (known abroad as "goulash" flat while abroad are often very different from the original recipe Hungarian). Hungarian goulash is made of beef bone, like Shin, Shoulder or bar. The meat is seasoned with paprika and gold. Then slowly, like a soup kitchen (not a stew) with the addition of onions, peppers, apples of the earth and sometimes finely chopped. Herbs can also be used to flavor the dish as well. Gradually, the bones in the news aspic, and starchy vegetables (especially potatoes if used) are released during the cooking process, resulting in a very thick and tasty soup.
There are also many other wonderful Hungarian dishes – The measure, for many, is mentioned in the short article – and that includes recipes such as chicken paprika (paprika Scsirke), fish soup, beef stew Transylvania (Borjutokáy), and desserts like fried cherries (Cseresznye Kisutve) and coffee cake (Baba Kalac). If you have not tried food like this, why not give it a try or even learn to cook at home?
