Recipe No. 1 – Simple Baked Trout recipe:
This recipe has been placed at our disposal to find-a-Mar-recipe.com. It is very easy to prepare and cook, and uses minimal ingredients.
Ingredients:
* 4 trout – 12 to 14 oz (350-400g) eviscerated and heads (if you prefer)
* Black pepper
* Butter
* Lemon juice
* Chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry fish. Oil a baking dish and place fish. Sprinkle with parsley in the cavity of the fish and season with lemon juice and pepper, then the point with the butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes until fish cooking. (Note: if the fish over 1 pound (500 grams) each, then give them a little longer in the oven.)
The fish will be firm to the touch. Carefully lift the plate with two spatulas, spoons juice over and serve with potatoes and vegetables cooked with butter or crunchy salad news.
Recipe No. 2 – oven Romero Trout:

Ingredients:
* 3 / 4 cup Vigo Italian Style bread crumbs or bread crumbs Regular
2 tablespoons garlic powder
* 1 / 2 cup grated Romano cheese
* 1 / 3 cup lemon juice (or more if necessary)
* 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
* 4 trout fillets (about 8 ounces each), washed, dried
Parchment paper *
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, cheese and lemon juice Romano enough to form a paste.
Cut a piece of parchment paper large enough to freely set the trout. Place a fillet on the parchment paper. Spread batter evenly on top of steak. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon parsley. Fold the parchment to enclose the trout freely. Tuck ends underneath, creating a sealed bag. Repeat with remaining fillets. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until fish is opaque in center. Serve in the parchment pocket.
