What sort of line on my reel?
I recently purchased an Abu Garcia Cardinal 104 for a fishing trip in freshwater. Lake I'm having all carp, pike, perch, and under certain. I am looking for advice on the best type of line to use. By type I mean the weight – And I have a knowledge on the subject. I mean, nylon multifilament, monofilament, braided, etc. In some places, I see I gotta go with monofilament others recommend the opposite. Please help me to understand what is the best of this situation and why. I bought things Trilene is a monofilament, and I hope that is enough. Thank you in advance.
Lucio and Alaska – mono or braid with a Chief thread. The fish have sharp teeth to cut the line, regardless of the test or type. Carp and bass – monkey do the job unless you back Cover dense and thick grass. With his braided line stretches, and some fishermen section can effectively keep the fish. Braid be a somewhat better with your lure. Mono will be clearer, particularly in northern waters and get more action from their bait.
